When you try to connect internet with your modem you get message error like this :
Code Error : ERROR 711. A CONFIGURATION ERROR IS PREVENTING THIS CONNECTION …
Cause :
Remote Access Connection Manager not running.
Resolution:
Go into Control Panel > Administrative Tools and click Services.
Start the Remote Access Connection Manager, and change the Startup mode from Manual or Disabled to Enabled.
When Remote Access Connection Manager need depedencies, start Telephony service first. Change the Startup mode from Manual or Disabled to Enabled
